2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use this application. By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally permitted to use the application in your jurisdiction.
3. License to Play
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the application for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:
- Use the application in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Use bots, automation, or unauthorized third-party software to interact with the game
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the application
4. Virtual Items
The App may include virtual items, such as in-game coins or power-ups, used solely within the game. Virtual items are licensed to you for personal entertainment, are not your property, and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the game. We may update or remove virtual items at any time.
5. User Conduct
You are responsible for your activity within the application. You agree to use the game in a respectful manner and not to engage in any behavior that could harm other users, the Company, or the operation of the service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within the application — including graphics, artwork, text, audio, and software — is owned by The App Brothers, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no ownership rights in the application or its content.
7. Disclaimers
The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The App Brothers, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the application.
9. Device and Connection Data
Your privacy matters to us. How we collect and handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
To keep the game fair and secure, the application reads a small set of technical characteristics of your device at start-up and when this screen is shown: device model and system version, battery state, motion and ambient-light sensors, screen and system settings, network type, and a random installation identifier created by the application. We use these readings to distinguish real devices from automated set-ups and bots, and to understand device compatibility and performance. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in protecting the game and its community; it uses no advertising identifiers, and the data is kept for no longer than 90 days.
10. Checks on This Screen
While this screen is open, a short script performs a graphics rendering test (it draws a small image with your device's graphics processor and sends a checksum of the result to our server) and records how the buttons below are tapped. It sets no cookies, loads nothing from third parties, and does not track you across other apps or websites. Analytics data is collected only after you tap "Accept & Continue".
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent revision date is shown at the top of this screen. Continued use of the application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
